Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without providing any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you or a third party designated by you takes physical possession of the goods.

Return Conditions

• All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received them.
• Returns must be initiated exclusively using our online return form.
• Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the client.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you by email. If approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment.

• Refunds are issued for the product price only.
• Outbound shipping costs paid at checkout (10 € for Spain, 20 € for the EU, 30 € for the UK, 50 € for Rest of the World) are non-refundable.
• Refunds will be made within 14 calendar days after we receive the returned goods.

Exclusions from Returns

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., accessories worn on the body), unless they arrive defective. Such exclusions will always be indicated on the product page.

How to Initiate a Return

3. Ship the return at your expense to the address provided after submitting the form.
